Because I know and understand where you are. Questioning fate and your life’s purpose. Watching time fly by and feeling as if you have nothing to show for it. Feeling that you are smarter, more creative than this. Looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your talents and gifts. “Is this all there is?”, you ask.
You name it and I’ve done it, all in search of my “true calling”. Because I am truly good at many things, I would be easily frustrated, thwarted, and asking “What is wrong with me?” I never felt accomplished or like I have arrived.
Today, I am married with a wonderful husband and two amazing daughters and my life is good. My life is creative, it is empowered, and I am blessed. I have come to understand some of the secrets of a blessed life… patience, faith, generosity, surrender, humility…and I will gladly share them.
I don’t profess to know it all. But, I do know quite a bit and I am generous and direct with my information. I never rest on my laurels. I am always watching, learning, laughing, and asking questions. My spirit is resilient.
My work is more than coaching, I like to believe I am a companion to those who are ready to answer the question: “What does life expect from me?”
I developed my soulsmithingTM process because I don’t believe you can address the work of seeking your passion, without addressing the soul. All areas of our lives are connected. We work to peel away layers of doubt and fear, to reveal a refined human being - ready to express our unique ability to the world.
I liken my work to the striker in a blacksmith shop...forging, refining, and tempering crude metals, through a transforming process, that will eventually reveal an ornate piece of work. Much the same way, we temper our souls, shedding years of pain, cowardly thoughts, and deferred dreams to come to a resilient life, worth sharing.

Sandra A. Daley has spent 20 years working as an acclaimed professional actress. It is evident in her confident persona, her ability to work in synergy with different types of people, and that she understands and can relate to different points of view. Being an actress has served her in leading a group, in using narratives as a learning tool, and sharing the therapy available in the art of drama and creativity. She is a consummate griot and storyteller.
Sandra has also worked with women in several capacities including an educator, counselor/facilitator, and for the past six years a certified life and career coach. She received Life and Career Coach training from the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California and was trained to counsel blended families by the Step Family Foundation. She had a brief but insightful time working with couples through the Mars and Venus Counseling Center.
