About Sandra A. Daley-Sharif
A writer, creative consultant, and facilitator who works inside the room—helping teams think boldly, act ethically, and create work that resonates.

I’ve spent decades creating, teaching, and collaborating across theater, television, and a range of creative projects. My work is about asking the questions that matter, helping teams clarify vision, navigate responsibility, and engage audiences in ways that are honest, expansive, and meaningful. I’m not outside the process—I’m in it, shaping ideas, offering perspective, and making things happen.
My Approach
-
Presence in the Room: I work as a peer and a guide, bringing insight, perspective, and imagination to every conversation.
-
Ethical & Inclusive Thinking: I help teams evaluate their work with integrity and purpose—ensuring their storytelling is grounded, relevant, and truly inclusive.
-
Creative Facilitation: I balance rigor with flexibility, helping projects move forward smoothly while honoring the creative process.
-
Collaborative Making: I bring my experience as a writer, dramatist, and educator to support teams in thinking bigger, clearer, and braver.

Background / Context
My career has spanned playwriting, television writing, consulting, and teaching. I’ve been in rooms where high-stakes creative decisions are made and know how to ask the questions that push work forward while respecting the people in it. Acting and making work have shaped the way I see story, structure, and presence, and I bring that sensibility to every project I touch
